Favor in front of the Lord?

Wisdom such a small word but with a deep meaning. The worldly definition of wisdom is this by the Webster dictionary ” good sense(judgement)”. Now the book of proverbs speak about wisdom this way;

“Happy is the men who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding”; And also “For whoever finds me finds life, And obtains favor from the LORD;” that’s what some of the proverbs chapters says. But ask yourselves this question in which way do you think that you have wisdom. Through the eyes of the Lord or your own.? To have wisdom you also have to have understanding. Wisdom doesn’t always come from old age. The Lord didn’t always use old or same gender to show wisdom.For example we have people like Joseph, Daniel, Ruth, Deborah and even Esther and many more.

We forget that we are all the same in the eyes of the Lord. We are all cleaned from sin and iniquity. We have all received salvation through Jesus Christ sacrifice. No one is more than the rest. Wisdom is obtained by being obedient to God first and foremost. Second comes through reading the Bible  and understanding the word. What  other thing to teach you more about the world and what It brings then the Bible?. Third we got our older generation grandparents, parents, elders from church that have gone through what we might not have and they shared their experiences so that you don’t have to make the same mistakes as them.

Proverbs 3: 5-7

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil.”
‭‭

Forget about your pride and ego. Humble yourselves to the counsel of other that have gone through the trial and have won the victory. If I could go back in time and actually listened to the people who gave me counsel when I need it the most. Instead of thinking that I knew what was  best for myself; thinking that I had more knowledge than them. I’m going to share with you two verse that just summarize what I’m trying to say here. In job 12:12-13 it’s says;

“Wisdom is with aged men, And with length of days, understanding. “With Him are wisdom and strength, He has counsel and understanding.”  Read again that part that says with Him….. Job  is not talking about himself in this sentence because he knows that he doesn’t hold the knowledge that God does. Only God knows what is going to happen.? What you might be going  through right in this moment? Only he knows the outcome. Our father is the only one that can give strength to the weak, understanding to us and can give us a word of encouragement through your toughest trial.
‭Forget about your own understating and let the Lord guide every step of the way through his word and wisdom; after all he is the All Mighty.
