2 Chronicles 7:14

” if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

This verse says it all; nowadays we are going through so many situations in this earth that we can’t find the solution. We says it’s Global warning for the hurricanes, fires and earthquakes that the earth is going through. We says racism, prejudice for the violence in our cities and countries. We say corrupt governments and politicians for the homeless, orphans, hungry people in the world. But we never say that if we let go of our pride and really seek God with all our hearts and turn from the wickedness that we love to do; he might heal our land and our people. As I was watching in the news this week three more hurricanes will impact United States bringing more catastrophic events to this country. America, the World, you and I have turned our backs to God and we have done whatever pleases us. As I was talking with one family member and she was telling me that God is a God of love and he will never let us suffer; It came to my mind that he would if he saw that we need it. For example we have the Israelite’s; they were sold to slavery or captivity by God I can’t even remember how many times😳😳😳that should tell you something; why you’re probably asking yourself.  Well it was because they were a rebellious nation; they did what they wanted. One moment they were worshiping God and the other they were worshiping pagan idols.

That’s what the world has become; when we are in dire situations we cry out ” God Help Us” but when our circumstances are going good we forget and immerse ourselves in carnal pleasure, vanity, money, violence and much more. We forget that our God is the same God of Israel; he is not just a loving God as how many of you see him and portray him. He is a God of wrath or doesn’t it tell you in the bible what he did to 2 sinful cities; he burned them down because he grew tired of those cities wickedness.Stop labeling our Father, Our God as vanilla because he is not just that side. Preach the Word as it is in the Word not for your convenience. Repent and pray for your cities, states, nations, neighbors and even the world because it is written that there would be signs before his coming and I believe we are starting to see it.

Luke 21:25-26
“There will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among the nations, bewildered by the roaring of the sea and the surging of the waves”. 26″Men will faint from fear and anxiety over what is coming upon the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken”

Many of you might not like the way I’m talking about this but I’m tired of pastors, evangelists and regular christian people speak only about love, grace and prosperity.   They have forgotten to speak the Bible as it is; not just what will fill your churches up and your bank account. We have made our father’s house a market for our gain. Didn’t Jesus preach about the end of times? Didn’t he teach in parables about it? It is good that we preach about love and grace but instead of just speaking about it act upon it. What is happening right at this moment I truly believe that is a wake up call for the Church as whole; because we are separated instead of united and we are slumbering instead of being awake and prepared. Does it mean it gives me joy that hundreds even thousands of people will be homeless, in shelters and without money or food; no it does not. The hurricane Irma will hit in North Carolina which is the state I reside in. I’m not afraid because I believe in God’s covering and I have faith that he will guard us from danger; but we are united in prayer in our household and church for those states that this hurricane is going through. That God will be taking control and guarding his children all of them. Let’s unite in prayer every night, every moment that you have a chance to pray for 1 to 5 minutes or more every single day. God is asking his church to wake up; let’s arise each day with more faith and strength. Let’s pray more for our neighbors, nation and world that God be touching those hearts that are off his path.

Isaiah 41:10

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
