Tis the season

Hello,

It’s the holidays but most importantly around the world is the month that we celebrate the birth of our savior(which we actually don’t know if it’s in this month or not to be truthful). However I’m excited this year for this holiday because the youth from our church will be giving to the community instead of only just receiving. We have some activities that they will learn and appreciate from. I won’t tell what they are about but I will upload some pictures on the next blog and will talk about what they learned or took from that experience.

We are excited to be able to give back and demonstrate the love and grace of our God. It will not be easy for many of us; seeing the loneliness and burdens of many. Sometimes I wonder how Jesus did it to teach and minister to a bunch of people that were burden with so many things. He had to have an abundance of patience and faith- I mean after all he was human  too- to be able to inspire many to leave everything behind to follow him. This was a man that was born a in a manger, he was born the same way everyone is born. And he has inspired millions over millions of people to follow his teachings.

O come all ye faithful
Joyful and triumphant
come ye o come ye
To Bethlehem Come and behold Him,
Born the King of angels
 come let us adore Him
 come let us adore Him

come let us adore Him
Christ the Lord

I’m so thankful for the opportunity to be able to be here in this day and time because the Son of God was born to save me and all of you. Let’s hope that we remember this day as the day that our savior was born and let’s appreciate the miracle that he was and still today.  The one that was born in a manger as a lowly person and was crucified on the cross at CALVARY as a criminal for the salvation of  everyone who wants to be saved.

Christmas tells me

The Gift that Mary holds

He’s Peace on Earth, Immanuel

Wrapped in swaddling clothes

Christmas tells me

Oh, if it tells me anything

It’s our Maker in a manger

Our Savior and our King

Oh, God so loved the world

He left His throne on high

He came to be with us

One quiet holy night

And the greatest gift of all

He offered everyone

For God so loved the world
