Respect. The missing verb from our Lives.

God Bless to all that are reading this post, I felt in my spirit that I had to share something today. God has been speaking from the last couple of years, months, and weeks to our lives and we are not hearing his voice. It’s disconcerting to see how the morals and values of the human race are going downhill.

“You shall stand up before the gray head and honor the face of an old man, and you shall fear your God: I am the Lord.

Leviticus 19:32

It’s disconcerting to see the destruction, discrimination, and crime that society, in general, is applauding and approving nowadays. These days we are seeing the fruits of what has been sowed years prior by generations before. The lack of respect for our seniors, parents, and, even to God. In the Old Testament as well the New Testament, God addresses this issue to the Israelites and to the gentiles.

Today as I was in the DMV waiting in line to pay my car taxes, I saw this 60 to 70 year old senior come in; he was walking with a cane and had a limp. He asked me to cut through the line to have a seat on the other side where the tables and chairs were at. As he was sitting down, I heard a 20 something-year-old woman start ranting; who was four people down line to this senior. Screaming obscenely things to someone that had no issue whatsoever with her, just because she thought that he had cut through not to wait in line like everyone else. However, it’s ridiculous that everyone was murmuring among themselves about the spectacle that she was making but no one dared to speak up; to make her stop verbally abusing the senior.

It was the most sickening and disturbing experience I had ever encountered in public; respect is no longer being taught in schools nor many homes. Instead the society that we live in; is teaching our generations how to rebel against authorities, parents, laws, and even God. Many Christians are living a Christianity full of emotions; which means they are being controlled by their emotions and what they believe is good. The word says in Romans 3:10-12,

As it is written:

“There is no one righteous, not even one. 11 There is no one who understands, no one who seeks God. 12 All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.”

Romans 3: 10-12

There is no one in this world who is righteous in the eyes of God; no one who can say, God, I’m the only good or righteous person that exists in this world; because one way or another you have fallen short before the Lord. These latter days are when the church should be awake and be led by the Holy Spirit using discernment in everything; but, it looks like the church is not awake yet but instead is asleep. We are meant to be set apart from the world and see not through our worldly eyes and what we “believe” but instead our spiritual eyes. The coming of Christ is upon us, everything is being set up for the reign of the Antichrist and instead of us preaching repentance and salvation to the millions of souls that are in need of him; we are instead, becoming one with them.

You who are reading this post, I urge you to maintain your eyes upon the Lord, society will try to change your views and convictions in a lot of areas but only the Holy Spirit will be able to guide you in the uncertainties of this life. We are not meant to stay in this world and become part of it; instead, we are meant to be set apart for the reward that was promised by our Lord Jesus Christ.

Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. 10 Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.

Romans 12: 9-10

For the weary hearted

Hebrews 12:12-13

Therefore lift your drooping hands and strengthen your weak knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but rather be healed.

God bless to all my brethren’s in Christ, I hope that everyone is safe and healthy and hopeful in these troubling times. It has been a few weeks of anxiety, sadness, and fear in our hearts as also for the whole world; however, we cannot let fear and anxiety take control of our daily living. I’m not going to lie these few weeks have been weeks full of fear not for myself but for my family since my parents work out of state and my brothers work jobs that are considered essential. I had the blessing to be working from home since the middle of March but fear for the unknown can become overwhelming most of the time.

For those who have become weary hearted and are burdened this is for all of you. Do not dismay, remember who is before you, with you and beside you. In the book of Psalms 121 states the following;

” The Lord will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.”

One thing I have noticed as a believer is that we think we are untouchable, and that is where we are wrong. Even though God promises to guard us against evil, it does not mean that we will never get sick or God will not allow certain things to befall us. Christians back in the day were persecuted for their faith, now Christians nowadays are tested in different ways. Just as Job was tested we will be tested, think of what is going on as a way for those who have decided to quit because they could no longer hold on and those that have become weary and burdened to come and release all upon God; we are not meant to be the wonder woman and superman of the Christian world but to seek refuge within our father’s presence.

I have become weary and yes I have not searched for God as I’m supposed to be doing but I have seen God’s favor and his love towards me. This has shown me that even though I might flee and be an ungrateful child God is still there. It’s time to align stand firm in God, this life is temporary but the one after this is eternal. In the midst of weariness, test or burden God is with you; he is waiting for you to look at him and see that he has been waiting for you with open arms for you to find refuge within him. Many of us need healing but it’s not physical healing instead is healing for our soul. On this Easter I ask that you take the time to have a deep conversation with the Father; in this conversation release you fear, anxiety, burden, anger and all that is within you and I promise that you will come out from this Easter a new person in Christ.

Dear brethren, I hope that in these troubled times we can lean against one another for motivation and hope but that most importantly we can always remember the Father who has and always will maintain unconditional love for all of us. Instead of bashing each other let’s help one another, and show each other and the world; who’s daughters and sons we are from.

𝒟𝑒𝒶𝓇 𝒴𝑜𝓊…..

This is my letter to you.. that you may seek the Lord all the days of your life and dwell in the house of the Lord; shouting praises to his name. Let your heart rejoice in the warm embrace of the father, don’t belittle the calling God has set upon you. And, even though you will stumble, seven times may the righteous fall but the same way will God lift him/her. You are not alone, whatever you may be going through know that God is there, even if the storm is strong; stronger is God with his mighty power. Dear, you, learn to love the Lord with all your heart ❤️ , not for blessings nor conveniences but because without sin this once upon a time man decided to sacrifice himself for you without asking for anything in return. His love is everlasting and abiding; without fear and greed, his love is unconditional for all eternity. Don’t settle for the validation of the world because, in the end, they will turn back on you; instead strive for the approval of God as he is ever faithful. I desire that we walk this year setting our eyes upon the Lord, without fear and doubt.

Are you ready?

There are a lot of news circulating around the world of a world war III; however, we the church should not be shocked to hear such rumors as this has been written in the bible. Many different disasters have ocurred within a few months such as the amazonian fire and now the Australian fire. We the church must be in constant prayer. Violence has increased as the years go and sin is something that all of us struggle with; however, instead of the church being awake and prepared for the coming of our Lord we are unfortunately asleep.

John 5: 4

For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had.

We have let the enemy control our lives through social media, family, and even our jobs. All of this has stagnated our lives in different ways, we are like the paralyzed man that could not walk into the pool of Bethesda to be healed; how long are we going to continue this way? The times are becoming worse and we are letting ourselves become distracted with minor things of no importance.

The story of the pool bethesda can be applied to the christians of nowadays as we are like the paralyzed or the blind not knowing what is going on. The Lord is showing us what is going on and telling us to actually move and remove our selfs from the spiritual stagnation that we have fallen into. He offers encounters with him for us to be healed from any sickness, delivered from sin but we continue in that same place. If you read that whole chapter from the book of John, the man that Jesus healed was given the the same word as the woman who had the blood flow.

John 5: 14

” Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.”

God delivers us from situations, sin or sickness; however, instead of us obeying God’s word; we decide to turn back from what we have been delivered from. And, that brings worse consequences for our lives, that we later on will regret but cannot unmake. All that is going on around the world is the beginning of pains as the bible states; no one knows the day of the coming of our Lord but what we need to be is PREPARED. Do not prepare yourself until the last minute because, that could be a mistake that could leave you behind, instead prepare yourself while we still have time; and remove yourself from things that do not bring any benefits to your walk with the Lord. In the book of Proverbs Chapter 14 the following is stated;

“A wise man fears and departs from evil,
But a fool rages and is self-confident.”

Let’s be wise and remove ourselfs from any stagnant area in our lives, let’s be prepared for the coming of our God as it could happen in a blink of an eye and we will not even notice it. What is going on should motivate us to be in constant prayer with the Lord, to search him in spirit and in truth and become knowledgeable in his word, many things are rising up and many are being led astray nowadays due to having lack of knowledge on the word. The church instead of fearing what is happening should rejoice in the coming of the Lord, the only thing that we as the church worldwide can offer is prayer for all those affected by what is going on. I will definitely have in prayer the men and women who have been deployed to the middle east from America; for those affected by the fires and disasters; for those affected by the acts of violence within the communities and worldwide. Lets unite in prayer for all the pain this world is going through; however, until this world recognizes that Jesus Christ is the Lord, that is all we can help with.

2020 Year of Victory

God bless everyone, I hope everyone is having a blessed week. I hope that the holidays brought to you and the family memories that you can cherish for days to come.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

If the year 2019 was your season of pain, sadness, fear, doubt, hardship and unbelieve, then trust that the year 2020 will be your season of Joy, Mercy, Grace, Love, and Blessings but only through Christ alone. God is our ever-present helper; our provider and healer. To some 2019 was the opposite; if for you this year was a year where you were able to see God’s hand upon your life and your faith instead of diminishing it grew, then keep growing in God and allow the Lord to guide you through the process. Make or continue to keep the Lord as the first priority in your life.

𝕀𝕞 𝔽𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕐𝕠𝕦!

Every year is a year where I grow spiritually as well personally. As the year of 2019 came to an end, I reflected in a lot of things that God did in my life and family, my family saw God’s hand over every aspect of their lives. We saw the deliverance of my brother from alcoholism and drug addiction, saw the blessing of my parents’ house; but we also saw difficulties that unexpectedly came into our lives. The previous year taught me that following God, will bring displeasure from many people. Changing your convictions for something as a personal gain for example; money, fame or relationship is a big no. All of this can disappear in a blink of an eye while God will forever remain faithful.

Go into this new decade with a new mindset; believing that this year you will conquer the unconquerable. Remove what is not beneficial for your life, separating yourself from things and anyone that instead of bringing you closer to God will remove you from his presence. I was watching someone preach and the word that was brought was about Sanson not knowing that the spirit of the Lord had left his side; due to being overwhelmed with Delilah. We a lot of times don’t know when the Holy Spirit has left our side due to being overwhelmed with this world and everything that is in it. At the end of everything, you are the only one that decides what to allow inside your life and mind. However, to conquer the unconquerable you must be one with the Holy Spirit.

If you have aspirations or goals for this year put them before the Lord and your heavenly father will definitely open any doors necessary for you to accomplish those if it’s within his will for your life. Let’s walk into this new year with obedience in our hearts to God’s voice.

𝒥𝑒𝓇𝑒𝓂𝒾𝒶𝒽 𝟤𝟫:𝟣𝟣

“𝐹𝑜𝓇 𝐼 𝓀𝓃𝑜𝓌 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓅𝓁𝒶𝓃𝓈 𝐼 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝓎𝑜𝓊,” 𝒹𝑒𝒸𝓁𝒶𝓇𝑒𝓈 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝐿𝑜𝓇𝒹, “𝓅𝓁𝒶𝓃𝓈 𝓉𝑜 𝓅𝓇𝑜𝓈𝓅𝑒𝓇 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓃𝑜𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝒽𝒶𝓇𝓂 𝓎𝑜𝓊, 𝓅𝓁𝒶𝓃𝓈 𝓉𝑜 𝑔𝒾𝓋𝑒 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒽𝑜𝓅𝑒 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝒶 𝒻𝓊𝓉𝓊𝓇𝑒.”

Survival = Calling?

This year has been a year of blessing but also a year full of spiritual warfare; not only spiritually but also in almost every aspect of my life. God in his mercy has been faithful towards me; however, instead of this providing me with the strength it has done the opposite because I have forgotten his promise. As this week went by, God put in my heart the story of Moses and his process after fleeing from Egypt. In the book of Exodus, we see Moses who has everything by being the adopted son of the daughter of Pharaoh but a lapsed of judgment in his part has destroyed his future in a blink of an eye.

I don’t know if the person(you) that is reading this post at this moment is going through a spiritual desert, for whatever reason it may be. Maybe, it’s something that you have to go through for your ministry, call or life to evolve from where it’s at. In Exodus chapters 2 and 3, we read about Moses fleeing for his very own life and living a life of survival and comfort; getting married and having his own family in a land where he is a foreigner not expecting the calling that God would appoint him too. The distance from Egypt to Midian would have been long plus the weather conditions would have been rough as well.

However, the Bible does not go into specifics but even for me walking a file mile distance during summer is rough 😩I cannot comprehend nor imagine the desperation and need that Moses was going through at that moment. His survival was needed because his call would later be revealed in a special way towards him.

12 And God said, “I will be with you. And this will be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God on this mountain.”

He would have suffered from high temperatures, being hungry and thirsty; so him dwelling with Jethro’s family would seem like comfort in that time he was going through. Now, here is where we go deeper in the spiritual sense. Many of us are going through and have gone through difficult times of need and of survival not just spiritually but also for your own life. However, after we have gone through this rough time and have overcome those obstacles that have appeared by God’s mercy; we have gotten comfortable in our way of living. To my life these couple of months a spiritual decline has descended upon me due to the commodity that I allowed my life to fall into as well that trial I did not expect and was not prepare for. This brought upon me a lack of searching for God’s presence, negativity as well as my faith diminished a lot. I was seeing all that I was going through in that most difficult time and I was not seeing God’s hand upon me.

It’s so hard wanting to overcome thoughts, feelings of negative nature when the spiritual side in your life has suffered a blow. When you are not searching for God because doubt has come through an open door in your life and sadness and fear have become the blanket that you surround yourself with. At that moment survival becomes your priority and that was what happened in my life; I prioritize survival over everything else; because I knew that if I did not close myself in and allow time for healing and comfort I would not be here at this moment. A lot of times survival is needed before the calling is declared upon your life. Moses during his time of survival and comfort learned abilities that would, later on, help him in his new role as the leader of the Israelites.

You most likely are going through a rough desert where you might be hungry, thirsty for the word of God and his presence. You are most likely thinking, believing or even saying; Lord, where are you? I’m not feeling your presence, Holy Spirit. But, I want to tell you to use this moment to declutter your heart and mind from things that are taking your mind and eyes from God. Learn to let go and forgive, learn to prioritize because what you are learning at this moment will help you when you’re called to work in whichever area has for you.

P.S. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and loved ones. Shalom🕊🕊

Surprise!!! 😁😁

Let me start this post by announcing that I’m back from the hiatus that I was in. Due to some issues with my iPad and not having an appropriate laptop I was forced to be in a hiatus(timeout). However, due to the generosity of my parents—-Birthday present—- I was given my new laptop a week before my birthday and that means that I’m finally able to blog again.

It has been really hard since, I was blogging or creating some of my blog posts during my lunch break at work. However, that just created a writer’s block and it’s really weird to be using those computers as they are monitored and work is work and I do not like to mix those two areas in my life. What can I say? I hope everyone has been great in this wonderful community, I will be bringing the series of blog post back that I had to put on hold with new content. I’m hoping that by the middle of next year; there is a change in this blog in all areas.

Righteous or Not

It has been 4 hard months of sadness and lack of faith. These months have been months I have humbled myself and have cried out to God in the most raw way. Months were my faith lacked and my sadness overpowered me, where I could not see the way out and I did not want to see a way out. Months that I questioned my calling, my purpose but most of all questioned God’s Love.

In Psalms chapter 55 verse 22 the following states;

Cast your burden on the LORD, And He shall sustain you; He shall never let the righteous to be moved.

‭‭Months that instead of receiving a word of encouragement I would receive people’s opinions and words of humiliation. Moments where my existence looked dark and felt suffocating and my feelings were all over the place from sadness to joy and joy to anger and back to sadness. Moments were worship was a feeling of emptiness and left me more in that dark place that I was pushed into.

Months were I questioned God’s’ love towards me due to the trial that I was going through. Even though I knew that what I was going through was necessary for me to grow spiritually as well personally. God tests your limits and your faith in ways that are unexpected to you and in times where you are at your most comfortable place. God will put the right people beside you that will push you to move forward from that place where you feel you have been stuck at with a way out. Will give the feeling of fullness and feeling of being enough as well-being capable without hearsay of others. While others will belittle who you are and humiliate you to feel better about themselves God does not let his son/ daughter to be moved from where he has placed them at.

There is a saying there is always a David behind a Saul. And, yes but each David and each Saul will be tested and refined to be the vessel that God will use for a purpose. Don’t belittle who you are in God’s hands nor you belittle someone else because you think you can do it better than them. Always bless the one before you and always bless the one behind you because at the end of the day only God provides and takes away.

P.S. I missed writing and I’m so glad to be back, will try to get up to date as soon as possible. Thank you for supporting me on this ride. God bless♥️ Shalom🕊

Restitution in the Father’s House➕

God bless to all of you, today’s blog post I will speaking on a word that God has put in my heart. The Holy Spirit directed me to read and read again the parable of the prodigal son. This parable is over preached, studied and spoken all the time and it’s reason has a lot to do with the message that brings forth; a message of mercy, love and forgiveness.

However, in today’s post the message won’t be about that; it’s a message about restoration and healing. Now when I mean restoration I’m not speaking about financial restoration nor restitution as his story starts that way but in the healing and the freedom that the prodigal son received.

The prodigal son’s parable has similarities as the lost sheep parable. Both the father and the Shepherd rejoiced in seeing his son and sheep found and brought back to them alive. While both parables lets us see the consequences of the going with our wants and the desires of the world, the prodigal son’s parable gives us a more in-depth look into what was going through his mind.

“Not many days later; the younger son gathered all he had and took a journey into a far country, and there he squandered his property in reckless living”

One thing I have noticed today , well in my generation is this. I remember in my younger days that my way of thinking was “once I hit 18th ; I’m out of here. I’m free to be who I’m supposed too; live life the way I want.” Once we hit the age of eighteen we try to devour life the same way that the prodigal son did to his inheritance and that has brought or will bring consequences to our lives. Why, you may ask ? Because we try to live life to the fullest without the principles that have been provided over the years by our parents; we try to find fulfillment in materialis or pleasurable things. I have been fault to that way of thinking; I burnt myself out trying to please the world, when there is no way of pleasing it.

God, in his mercy has provided for us parables or situations in the Bible where we are confronted with our way of thinking. The prodigal son found no solution in the world, instead he found bondage, emptiness and destruction. When will the time be where this new generation will be able to see that fulfillment does not come in the form of being famous nor being settled into a career nor is it going through life as if it were going to disappear but instead of searching for that fulfillment in God. I have seen the impossible become possible when we allow God to enter in our lives.

“And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭15:21‬ ‭

The prodigal son found his fulfillment after being set free and restored in his father’s house. Being restored in the place that corresponded to him not someone else, found his freedom when he understood that he had failed his father just as many of us have failed God in many ways. God has been and will always be a faithful God; while his creation will always be unfaithful until he comes. And still he loves and restores us when we are not worthy of such mercy.

Devotional➕🕊

I say I cannot go further,

But your Holy Spirit tells me don’t give up my child..

When the i look upon the pit of darkness that tries to claim me,

My soul cries in hunger for you Lord…

Where can I hide from you Lord?

There’s no places I can can hide from your presence Lord.

If I were to climb the highest mountain; your presence is there,

If were to go down to the bottomless sea your presence will be there Lord.

My fears and iniquities are laid before your presence, my robes are being washed clean by your tears.

Your blood has washed me clean and your love has healed the open wounds that have formed in my soul, your love has been the healing that this parched soul was in need off.

In the moment of my despair, your hand was upon me delivering from the trap that the enemy had laid before me,

You have govern my life with unending love, mercy and grace. Incline your ear Lord, to the petitions of my heart, let my heart be not troubled anymore.

Let your presence be the balm in this desolate place in need of your guidance.Let your bride reset in the presence of her bridegroom, govern my life oh Lord.

Let your word be the seal in which my life is govern with and your presence be the light the guides my life.
